Congratulations to your athlete on being offered a position on a 2023-24 Lanier Gwinnett Volleyball Club team!! We are excited and looking forward to the season. Commitment Night is Sunday, 8/6 at a time TBA. It is a very important night and is mandatory for any family wishing to participate in our 2023-24 Club Season. During Commitment Night, we will verify/collect initial payments and paperwork, have a club-wide meeting, and your athlete will have the opportunity to meet with coaches and teammates.

To secure your athlete’s spot on the team you must complete the form. Required Information & Steps include:
- Athlete’s Name
- Athlete’s Tryout Number
- The specific email address used to purchase your SRVA Tryout Membership
- All Parent/Guardian Names, email & cell phone numbers
- Athlete’s cell phone number (if applicable)
- *Electronic Signature of agreement to Parent/Player Handbook
