Private and Small Group Lessons are a great way to tackle individual skill development and up your athlete’s game!  

Cost varies by coach and ranges $40-80/hour for 1 on 1 lessons and $25-60/hour/athlete for group lessons.

To abide by SafeSport standards and athlete safety policies, we ask that parents plan to stay in the gym or lobby for the duration of the private lesson any time there are not other athletes and/or coaches in the gym.
