Pay Deposit Between 7/25 – 7/30
Lanier VBC is using League Apps for paperless signed agreements and automatic payments. League Apps provides parents with an easy way to set up automatic payments online, view their payment history and receive upcoming payment reminder emails.
- You will be receiving a personalized email invitation from Lanier to Join League Apps by 7/10. Follow the link inside the email to signup.
- You only have to set this up once at the beginning of the season! You can manage payments or change your payment method at any time by using your secure login which is created after you signup for the first time.
- ALL athletes will need to have a LeagueApp account set up, even if you plan to pay by check.
- To speed Commitment Night along, please pay your initial Deposit Installment via League Apps prior to attending Commitment Night unless you plan to pay by check all season.

Attend Welcome Night
Welcome Night is Friday, 7/11/25. Time varies by team.
Attendance is mandatory.
During Welcome Night, we will troubleshoot initial payments and paperwork, have a club-wide meeting, and your athlete will have the opportunity to meet with coaches and teammates.
We will have a separate uniform night on Sunday, 8/17/25, times TBA. All new to Lanier athletes will be fitted for and purchase their Uniform Package on this day. Estimated cost for mandatory package is $310.

- Read in full the Financial Agreement for the 2025-26 Club Season. You can view and/or download an agreement here. You will sign this when selecting Payment Option in Step #3.
- Contact us if you need an alternate payment plan or for a needs based Financial Aid Application (due 7/10/25).

You MUST do one of the following:
1. Use League Apps to Pay in Full – an online charge will apply.
2. Use League Apps to Sign up for a Auto-Draft Payment plan – an online charge will apply.
3. Use League Apps to Register a Payment Plan but pay by check – no online charges apply BUT you MUST provide 8 post dated checks (at Welcome Night) that will be cashed on their due date.

2025-26 Club Season - Tentative Practice Schedule
We make every effort NOT to change the Regular Season Practice Schedule, but please understand this schedule is TENTATIVE until Welcome Night.
Early Season – 8/17/25 through 10/20/25
8/17, 9/7, 9/21, 10/5

These practices are STRONGLY recommended, but we understand that there is no way to meet everyone’s scheduling needs during school season. We understand and recommend that your athlete’s school volleyball season should take priority during Early Season (8/17/25 – 10/5/25) and that your athlete may also need a physical/mental break on her few days off.
For our High School athletes that may still be in the post-season after our Early Season dates, we understand and recommend that your athlete’s school volleyball season should take priority until your High School Team has been eliminated or completed the GHSA post season.
EARLY MANDATORY MASTER GROUPS – 10/21/25 through 11/1/25
10/21 & 10/28
Times & Locations TBA.
These practices are MANDATORY Master Practice Sessions. For our High School athletes that may still be in the post-season after our Early Season dates, we understand and recommend that your athlete’s school volleyball season should take priority until your High School Team has been eliminated or completed the GHSA post season.
Regular Season – 11/2/25 through 5/1/26
2-3 Practices per week will be held. These will consist of individual Team & Master Group practices & Scrimmages. See Tentative Practice coming soon!!
These practices are mandatory.
Extended Season – 5/10/26 through AAU National Championships (Mid-Late June)
2 Practices per week will be held. The schedule may change from your Regular Season Schedule.
Only athletes participating in AAU Extended Season attend these practices. National Teams WILL attend (13-17s), all National Team members are strongly recommended to participate, but may choose whether to participate with their team. Regional Teams will be offered to attend as well.
Practice schedule will be released around May.

See some tournaments our Teams intend to attend this season. Tournaments typically begin Mid January and go through Early May. Schedule will vary by age group, level, etc.
National Teams
Schedules may include: Lil Big South, K2 Madness, Commander’s Cup, SEQ, Peachtree Classic, Bama Beast, Sothern Charm, SRVA Regionals and more! *Note, for divisions where Big South is scheduled on Easter, we will NOT be attending.
13N-15N – 8 Tourneys, 16-17N – 9 Tourneys

Schedules may include: Royal Rumble, K2 Madness, Rally On, Georgia Foothills Festival, Southern Youth Festival, SRVA Regional Championships, and more!
