We allow you to create teams for scheduling purposes ahead of the actual event. When it comes time to seed and publish the schedule you will be able to tag teams on your schedule with the teams listed below.
Setting it up this way also allows you to add teams to the schedule that haven't expressly registered through the system.. whether those be placeholder teams in the schedule or last-minute "mix" teams put together within your club to fill out pools.
