Whenever somebody fills out a form we'll create a new, or update an existing, membership record.
Each member will have a profile that contains every piece of information we have on them.
Parents can gain access to their child's information as well if they signup for an account.
We also have a member import option that will allow us to upload your member data from a spreadsheet so you don't have to wait for parents to fill out a form.
Member Profiles
Every athlete and coach in your organization will have their own profile.. one place to get every piece of information we have for them in the system.
Multiple Parent Support
We give clubs the ability to add multiple parents/guardians to an athlete's profile. Anybody listed will receive all relevant email correspondence and, if they signup using an exact email match, they will have access to update that athlete's information.
Add Emergency Contacts
Parents can add emergency contact information to an athlete's profile. When we generate team contact lists we'll include it in the export.
Invoice History
Each member profile contains a list of every invoice issued to that member.
Form Submission History
Get a complete rundown of forms an athlete has submitted.
Documents at a Glance
Get a complete overview of a member's submission status for every document requested.
Multiple Account Types
We support both player and coach account types.
User Dashboards
Every member in your club will have access to a user dashboard they can use to edit their profile, check invoices and submit documents.
Import Members in Bulk
If you send us a spreadsheet with your member contact information we'll import everything and send them welcome emails. You don't have to wait until members fill out a form to get their information into the system.
