Create Auto-Updating Member Lists Based on Dynamic Criteria

Our smart group feature allows you to create dynamic lists based on criteria, instead of manually selecting members.

For example, you can create a list of junior athletes in your club with an unpaid invoice... and once a parent pays the invoice they'll automatically be removed from the list.

Set dynamic criteria to organize users. For example, you could create a group of "athletes" who are "assigned to a team" and "have an unpaid invoice."

We'll automatically add/remove members that meet this criteria.

Download Member Lists

With the click of a button you can download a spreadsheet with the contact information for an entire group member list.

Integrated with Broadcasts

You can add a group to a broadcast recipient list. We'll grab the emails for every parent, remove duplicates and deliver the message based on users who are in the group at the moment the broadcast is sent.

Filter members by group to generate quick reports in your club's invoice table.
