After parents submit their documents you can approve or deny their submission. If necessary, you can request revisions directly within the software.

E-Signature Documents

Create documents that club members can sign online. Perfect for photo release waivers, COVID-19 waivers, etc.

Uploadable Documents

Collect photos of documents (.jpg and .png supported) or PDF uploads. Typically used to collect Medical Release Forms and membership cards.

Create document requests that are specific to only coaches, only players or both.

Integrated With Forms

Need everybody to fill out a document? Create a form, mark the document as required in the form builder and send your parents the form link. Easy.

User Dashboard Integration

When parents login they'll be notified of any documents that are still missing for their children. They won't have to search for the link - it'll be one of the first things they see.

Approve/Deny Submissions

Just because a document was submitted it doesn't mean that it is acceptable. It's a piece of cake to review documents and, if necessary, request revisions with the click of a button (and yes, you can write a message to parents so they know how to fix it!).

Submission History

We store every document submission (even if you reject it). When you review an athlete's document status you'll see everything the parent has submitted with timestamps.

Multiple Season Support

Some documents are only valid for a single season - others you'll only need to collect once. Our multiple season support gives you this flexibility.
