Sportamingo got its start in the club software industry. Our Founder, Matt Todaro, was working at a sports facility and was tasked with managing the volleyball club's tryout registration and invoicing.

Instead of continuing on with mail-in registrations, excel spreadsheets and personal checks he began building a platform to manage everything from top-to-bottom.

Over the next few years word got out and clubs from across the country joined the private beta program where they worked together to build a system to automate, as much as possible, the daily tasks of being a Club Director.

Sportamingo's Club Director Tools are now available to all clubs without any monthly fees, long-term commitments or vendor lock-in.

Simply put, we built the product we wanted to use in our own clubs.

This version of Sportamingo can be used alongside any website provider.. SportsEngine, Wix, Squarespace, etc. We built our system to make sure it could integrate with everybody.

Version #2: Self-Hosted

Popular With Large Clubs

The exact same software with one major difference.. you have complete control over your data since the database is hosted on your server, not a Sportamingo server.

When parents register on your website they're registering with your club and your club only.

If you would like to self-host the software please make sure you're running a VPS server with at least 2GB of RAM and PHP 7.

If you are already running a WordPress website you can install Sportamingo as a plugin. If you're using Joomla, Drupal or Concrete 5 we can install Sportamingo on a sub-domain. ie) dashboard.your-website.com

Sportamingo offers VPS hosting for $30 / month, paid annually.

Our team will handle all of the server management, help you setup email accounts and make sure your website is updated with the latest version of Sportamingo when future updates are released.
