#1: When you import your config file it must use the exact same format as the starter file. The file will be rejected if the first row does not contain the column headers in the correct order.
#2: The import script will check for teams with the same label and add any that do not currently exist. For teams that do exist we will update the league, division and class assignments.
#3: If a team is assigned to a league, division or class that does not exist already it will be created using the default configuration settings.
Clicking the button below will sync the staff members assigned to teams in this league with the club members database.
This will make it possible to send dynamic emails to staff members using smart groups, issue invoices, etc.
If a club member record does not exist with the email assigned it will be created.
If a club member record exists (matched by email) the coach record will be ignored. This script will NOT overwrite any existing membership data. ie) first and last name, phone number, etc.
