If no groups are selected the document will be shown to everybody. If at least one group is checked it will only be shown to members of the selected group(s).

You can include a document for parents to download and fill out by hand - they will then be able to upload the file into the system after it is completed.

This is NOT required, but may be helpful depending on the specific document you are collecting.
