2026-27 Commitment Instructions - Accept Offer

To secure your athlete’s spot on the team you must complete the Offer Acceptance Form

Invitations to the team expire on:  7/9 for 11U-14U Teams &  7/10 for 15U-18U Teams

Complete one of the following options by 7/16/26

1. Use League Apps to Pay in Full – an online charge will apply.

2. Use League Apps to Sign up for a Auto-Draft Payment plan – an online charge will apply.

3. Use League Apps to Register a Payment Plan but pay by check – no online charges apply BUT you MUST provide 1 deposit check and 7 post dated checks (at Welcome Night) that will be cashed on their due date.

Contact us prior to completing this step if you need an alternate payment plan or for a needs based Financial Aid Application (due 7/17/26).

  During Welcome Night, we will troubleshoot initial payments and paperwork, try on uniforms, have a club-wide meeting, and your athlete will have the opportunity to meet with coaches and teammates.

Lanier uses League Apps for paperless signed agreements, financial agreement and automatic payments. League Apps provides parents with an easy way to set up automatic payments online, view their payment history and receive upcoming payment reminder emails.

We make every effort NOT to change the Regular Season Practice Schedule, but please understand this schedule is TENTATIVE until Welcome Night.

EARLY SEASON – Skills Practices – 8/16 through 10/4

 

  • STRONGLY recommended – not mandatory

  • Dates: Sundays 8/16, 8/30, 9/20, 10/4

  • Times: 

    • 11U-14U: 5:00-6:30 PM

    • 15U-18U: 6:30-8:00 PM

  • Location: Westminster Church

EARLY SEASON – Intensive Practices – 10/19 through 10/26

 

  • MANDATORY attendance

  • Dates: Mondays 10/19 & 10/26

  • Times: 

    • 11U-14U: 5:00-6:30 PM

    • 15U-18U: 6:30-8:00 PM

  • Location: varies by team – TBA

  • Note: Varsity athletes whose team is in the post-season – We recommend that school volleyball should take priority until your High School Team has been eliminated from State Championship contention.

REGULAR SEASON – Team & Master Practices – 11/1 through 4/29

 

  • MANDATORY attendance – see schedule by Team below

  • 2-3 Practices per week will be held.  

    • Team Practice – 1X per week

    • Master Practice – 1X per week

    • Scrimmages – Occasionally 1X per week

      • Fridays beginning 12/4

      • Occasional Fridays through 2/26
